Kay has been an active Broker, licensed with the Real Estate Commission, since 1998. She serves the Lake Norman and surrounding areas. A native of Charlotte, growing up in the Historic Arts District (better know today as "NO-DA", Kay offers 25 years of personal experience, past and present. In 1979, Kay and her family relocated to Lake Norman where they found their own "Parcel of Heaven". 27 years of living on Lake Norman and experiencing the positive growth on and around the 500+ miles of shoreline accommodates her with a wealth of knowledge in the current real estate market. Strong orientation of family and business ethics are the primary tools that Kay utilizes as a guide to structure her relationship with clients.
